The team plays a pivotal role in advancing local initiatives with a high level of professionalism and dedication, coordinating field-level operations, and ensuring that project implementation is aligned with local socio-cultural frameworks, existing infrastructure, and community priorities. What we are doing.
We are:
• Providing technical and logistical support during the construction phase of the Center: 🔗 https://iog-austria.at/iog_project/IOGA-TGO-03 and for other planned projects in Togo.
• Participating in and ensuring alignment of project design and implementation with local socio-cultural frameworks, existing infrastructure, community priorities and practices
• Organizing professional training courses, workshops, and educational or community events after the completion of the Center
• Maintaining the building and ensure its proper use and upkeep
• Participating in local project management, coordination, and supervision activities to ensure sustainability and community involvement
